I've been using 3CX for a while, and there's one thing I haven't figured out entirely yet. If I send a text/SMS message to my DID number, it normally will appear on either the web client or the Cell phone app. For some people/companies the same won't come through - such as Amazon's one time codes.
Likewise, if I try to reply to ANYONE's texts/SMS messages, I get a red X next to my message showing it wasn't sent. Maybe I'm overlooking the issue, but everything should be working as I see it. Has anyone seen these issues before? Thanks!

Hello @rhwiley

If normal messages work but the issue is only with one-time passwords then you should speak to your provider as there might be limitations regarding that.

Where are you replying from? Can you provide more details about this scenario?

It's kind of hit and miss with the texts I don't receive. The ones I notice it on most are Credit card MFA texts, Amazon One time code texts, and such. I've tried replying from both the mobile 3CX app as well as the 3CX client page through the web browser - regardless, I can't reply. Attached is a screenshot of the mobile client. I'd sent 2 test texts from the cell phone when I'd just set up - and they came through from the client just perfectly. However, when I replied, it didn't come through to the cell phone, and a red X appears on the message. Thanks for any suggestions!

So you cannot send any outbound messages. Is that true even if you initiate the conversation?
Which provider are you using for SMS?

I can't even initiate a conversation... Well, I *can* try, but it won't get sent. The provider is Flowroute, and I have opted in for messaging...

Please follow this guide and let us know if the issue persists. Double check the access key and secret key
