Solved 3CX status when on a call

Hello,

We have successfully integrated the 3CX status with the MS Teams status in both directions.

We currently use busy lights which integrate with MS Teams status. For this reason, we are looking for a solution that could put the 3CX Profile Status in DND when a user is on a call from their phone.

I tried to find something but am unable to see any articles where we can connect the call status to the profile status.

Nevermind - I just noticed this exact functionality is now in 20 release 5.

We will try this.
