Hi,
We started with 3CX 2 months ago, and today all our phones stopped working. I can not login to our management console, it gives "system error" message. We created our account using pbxexpress for free. Can somebody help me, since I need to have our system running for tomorrow morning?
Thanks

This exact thing happened to me two days ago as well (maybe a new version broke something?). I had to restart the VM and that fixed it for me.

For the past 3 hours I've been trying to do that, but could not find anything on our google accounts(no instances). When I created it, I was never asked for google account, that is why I am writing here for help.

Are you sure your using Google Cloud for hosting? When I go here I can see my different projects by choosing the dropdown to the right of the "Google Cloud Platform" title. Maybe you are looking at the wrong project. Once on the correct project, I go to Compute Engine and then VM Instances to see my VM's.

Hope that helps

Yes, I tried that with every account I have on google. When I created the account through pbxexpress I was asked which hosting I want, and I chose google but it never asked me for my account. From my research so far, vm is under 3cx account and "free users" do not have access to that. So only someone from 3cx can restart the vm.

Well you got me there... I didn't know that was even an option.

Hello @Christian Ilievski

If you did used the one year free 3CX hosting please send me a personal message with your FQDN so we can look into the issue on our side.

Cloud team helped me and fixed the issue. It's been only 2 months, so we still have 10 months remaining on our free hosting.
Thank you again for your help!

Glad to see the issue has been resolved
