3cx subscription renewed but says expired on portal

Our on premise setup has been renewed til 2023 but still says it is expired on the portal. Also, our ssl certificate shows expired even after I manually refreshed it using ssh. Does the ssl certificate not renewing have something to do with the subscription being expired? Help would be appriciated..

Ran the update and its taking a bit longer than expected. Its been about 40 min and it came up briefly still on v16 then went down again. 3cx instance is on cloud. IP is pinging but the console has been down ever since.
