3CX Talk link not working

Hello, please pardon me as I'm a newbie and just trying my best to get this setup for my business. I've tried putting the 3CX Talk link for the business on my Wordpress site. When I click on the Call Us button, I'm prompted to enter name/email and proceed to chat. I already have the Chat link working and am using a different Talk link for talking but seems to be acting like a chat function. To narrow down the problem, I instead emailed myself the "talk" link. On a different device, I opened the email and clicked on the link to start a call. Instead, it opened up a chat box asking for name/email and only gives me chat now option. I am getting my talk link from Call Handling > 3CX Talk tab > Talk section. This provides the company talk link. I also tried my personal talk link, same results. I tried my personal meet link and that seems to work correctly. Any ideas of what I might be doing wrong?

Can you please clarify what it is that your want to achieve? From what I understood, you want to be able only to call, and not chat?

Correct. I've already got the chat function working on my wordpress site and 3CX. Now I'm trying to get just the call link to work so I can put it on my email signatures and a call now button on my website.

It is not possible to have just a call link, I'm afraid, without the chat option. 3cx Talk is essentially a chat feature first with a call option.

As a follow-up, you can use the 3cx Talk link in your email signature, although it will require a name and email to be filled in, after which the Call Us button will be available. A Call Us button within the WordPress site does not require validation using the plugin. But unfortunately, this is not available as a separate link.
