Please guide me. I have configured Generic SIP Trunk on 3CX. and SIP ext. Gateway on Alcatel OXE. Coming up following issues. Alcatel to 3CX call lands Ok. but lands on only single extension due to 3CX limitation of "Destination of Calls during office hours". 3CX to Alcatel call dials but drops after 1 sec with message "Call Failed" Thanks, Tallat Masood
