Unsupported 3cx to asterisk issue. Seems NAT isue

I found a lot of guides from internet how to marry 3cx and asterisk. And I was able to "marry" them successfully
But. There is one moment I cant understand

I can call from Asterisk to 3cx. Can talk as much as I want. No problem with that
But cant call from 3cx to Asterisk: got log

Where XXX.XXX>XXX.XXX it show my External IP address, but it must show local
Because borh 3cx and Asterisk located in same lan but different VLANS
How to force rcx send invites using LAN IP instead of public?

If they are not on the same subnet they are getting routed in someway. we could troubleshoot that for along time, but I think the best way to test if it is a nat issue is to put "temporarily" them on the same subnet and see if it works.

Problem solved. I mograted 3cx from original vlan too different vlan.
No nat anymore
