3cx to Lead Mailbox CRM assistance

Hello all - I'm trying to use the Template Generator to create an integration with LeadMailbox (API info attached.). Having a hard time. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

The documentation is quite limited, and you will not be able to implement the integration with that.

The authentication part is easy, this uses Basic Authentication, so you just need to select that in the 3CX CRM Tool.

But there is nothing about contact/lead lookup. The API only mentions how to retrieve a lead by ID, but you will need to do the lookup by phone number. You will need to get more details on that from them.
