3cx unable to make outbound calls on FIOS

I had my 3cx with twilio over cablevision and it did work well, but I am switching over to FIOS and I am no longer able to make outgoing calls, I can receive calls but I am unable to make outgoing calls. No config change, just ISP. any idea what could it be? Do you know how I can make my 3cx / twilio working with Verizon FIOS service? I am thinking maybe fios is blocking something but hard to say. When I switch back to vablevision it works, but when I switch to fios outbound calls stop.

Does the 3CX Activity Log provide any clues as to what may be happening?
