3CX unable to unlink partner

I would like to ask a question regarding the 3CX when we tried to "Unlink Partner" it's show with error (unable to perform this request due to a temporary problem with unlink partner. try again later) .

Kindly to support check how we can successfuly unlink from 3CX partner ?
