Good day community!
We've been experiencing some peculiar behaviour with our 3cx PBX machines (Raspberry Pi 4). To put it simply - they do not auto-update saying:
"3CX failed to update.

Your installation at ************* encountered a problem and the system rolled back to the previous version.

Attached are the updated log files which contain information about why the update failed.

Try updating again, and if the problem persists contact support and send the log files.

We recommend that your installation is always running the latest version. In addition to potential security fixes, updates include new or enhanced features, better compatibility with SIP Trunks and IP Phones. These will improve the stability of your system."

I'm attaching a log to this post, any insight and a potential solution of the issue would be greatly appreciated!

I have a feeling that there is something very wrong with your Debian repositories. If you are using a RPi4, I would assume you have installed Debian Buster.

What puzzles me from your updater file is this:

Where are all the "stretch" and "aws" coming from?

On a RPi4 that has 3CX initially installed using the instructions here, I would expect it to look more like this:

I think your best option if you want to not deal with fixing dependencies is to take a backup of your current system, then follow the instructions from the link above from the beginning, then restore your backup.

Any luck yet? Also I have been wondering, how you may have ended up with these repositories in the first place. How did you initially install 3CX, do you remember?
