3cx,us dns issue..

i got a new server with a new ip install it but the host mydo.fl.3cx.us now is resolving to the old ip and the new one how can i erase the old ip please? some phone can't get connected to the new server?

Have you deleted the old server? If so you can log into the 3cx server and set your ip to dynamic, restart services, then set back to static. this will force an update with the fqdn. then you just have to wait for dns to catch up. if you use googles dns it is relatively quick. If you use ISP dns then restarting the ISP modem usually does the trick.

Above, just keep in mind it may take up to 6 hours for the old DNS entry to expire if you are not on
an enterprise license.

Ive had PRO licence keys take longer than that even! but Enterprise resolve fairly quickly as you would expect. What type of licence are you using ?
