3CX V 20 email issue

when try to Test email send by 2cx i get message Resource temporarily unavailable , but it still working with V18

Yes, i can access V 20 and working well but can't send an email or reset password by email also.
in V18 can send email without problem

You mentioned on V18, does it mean both of your systems using the same key?
Are you receiving any emails from that specific system that running on V20?
