3CX v10. Reserved Conference Place Extensions

All, is there a way to remove the Reserved Conference Place Extensions range is 7000 - 7004? We do not participate in conference calls and wanted to free that range of numbers up. Is there a way to go into the 3CX system and remove thsoe numbers?

Yes,
you simply delete them or better change them from system extensions menu
