Hi All,
A little documentation for V11.SP4 for Desktop components for those of you, like me, who push these out using Group Policy. This documentation may be available elsewhere, but I am yet to find it on the 3CX site. So:
The new SP4 needs to upgrade the Desktop Components. This is indicated by a flashing yellow icon on the top right of the 3CX MyPhone plugin. Clicking on the Yellow icon will open the Desktop Components, already downloaded to the local machine.
This is what I have done, unfortunately the msi is in-valid and GPO will not deploy it. Any help would be appreciated in obtaining the MSI for GPO deployment.
Thanks
Craig

Create a Directory for your msi(s) to be stored. e.g. c:\temp
Open a cmd prompt and execute the 3cx Desktop components with the extract flag. e.g. 3CXMyPhoneDesktopComponents.exe /extract:C:\temp
The system will unpack the files for x86 and x64 into the same directory, with a MST and the vstor components if you need them.
Copy the msi's, data cab and mst to your network share and setup the GPO deployment as usual.
in your temporary folder run the command:
msiexec /a 3CXMyPhoneDesktopComponents11.0.28976.849.x64.msi TRANSFORMS=3CXMyPhoneDesktopComponents11.0.28976.849.mst
and
msiexec /a 3CXMyPhoneDesktopComponents11.0.28976.849.msi TRANSFORMS=3CXMyPhoneDesktopComponents11.0.28976.849.mst
This will then build the msi for deployment and will ask you to save that msi somewhere on your network. Probably your deployment share.
