Helpdesk recently did some cleanup of extensions on Monday and Tuesday of this week and none of the new extensions are showing up in the Phone Book. After looking into the problem it appears it hasn't worked right for a few weeks. When I browse to my phone book directory at http://$hostname/provisioning/$provdir/yealink_phonebook.xml I can verify that the xml file has not been updated. I'm unable to find directions on how to update the address book. How do I manually update the address book on 3CX so it populates the xml file that the yealink phones downloads?
The only thing I've done with this server is install a new SSL cert a couple of weeks back. Everything else is working properly so I'm not sure if this is part of the issue. I stopped/started NGINX when I installed the new cert.
As an example this is a user who was configured last week. The phone is configured, registered, and working in 3CX. But the phone book just says OPEN where the username should be.
