Hi,

after install our Linux on GCloud, we tried to change URL/Domain name from 'company.3cx.net' to 'sip.domain.com' and now the https shows an error.

There is some command to run on linux to request new SSL to LetsEncrypt with the right 'DN' and install it on the NGIX?

Is sip.domain.com a 3CX domain, if not then you need to purchase and install the SSL certificate

You only get LetsEncrypt ssl certificates for 3CX domains.

Ok, we sell SSL certificates, there is a specific command??

Hello @ANJOTI

Please note that the licence key is bound to the FQDN ONLY during installation so if you installed 3CX with a 3CX FQDN and then changed the FQDN i would recommend you re-install the system.
To do so:
  • Perform a backup without licence and FQDN information
  • Un-install the PBX
  • Release the FQDN from the licence key through the customer portal (customer.3cx.com)
  • Re-install the PBX with your key and desired FQDN
  • Supply the SSL certificate when you are asked
To update the certificate after installation you can follow this guide: https://www.3cx.com/docs/self-hosted-instances-ssh/

"Re-install the PBX with your key and desired FQDN" we dont have option to set a FQDN, just select 'Group' as Americas, Other and etc... So the wizard will create 'nametyped.3cx.net' but the goal is to replace as 'voipserver01.ourdomain.com' - for example...

"Supply the SSL certificate when you are asked" >>> there is no step asking that

You need the pro version to use your own domain/SSL certificate.
