I'm in the process of cleaning old configs out of our 3CX install and have over 20 SIP trunks that I can't remove. I keep getting a "500 Commit failed on transaction Delete TCX.Configuration.Interop.Wexternalline". I've read up on a few different threads where people say to delete the templates and restart the service but I'm not sure which template to delete. They all appear to be current. The timestamp is from the upgrade to v16. I also don't want to mess up any of the working ones.
One thing to note is that these are old trunks. So old that multiple trunks can have the same name. I'm guessing they were made in v12 or earlier.
I saw an entry on another forum post where it said the solution was to open a ticket with 3CX. If have to open a ticket how do I do it and will they charge me?
