Solved 3CX V16 Can't Delete Old Sip Trunk

I am trying to delete some old Patton boxes from my v16 install. When I hit delete I get the message (500) Commit failed on transaction Delete TCX.Configuration.Interop.Wexternalline. I have read past threads on the forum and Googled the error with no solution

An update on this. After contacting @CALadmin via PM we have get this sorted by deleting the old Patton entries in the Management Console.
