3CX v16 Outlook integration on Pro Edition

Hi,

I have been trying to find the download for the Outlook integration plugin for Version 16. In the documentation I have found, it says that it should be under the updates section in the management console however I cannot find it in there (we are using 3CX Pro). I have found a link to the plugins for version 15 but wasnt sure if this would work?. We have an on premises exchange server but use Office 365 business subscriptions that do not include Exchange online. So there is nothing to sync with online hence we cannot use the Office 365 integration I dont think.

As you have Pro license you manage it within 3CX.

Settings - CRM Intergration - Client Side Legacy - Click on Available CRM Intergrations

Then you enable it on the Extension - Options - Enable integration (Legacy)
