@jasonhayes @phonesystemsNZ - one thing that will be in an update is much more advanced outbound rule configuration which will probably allow you to do the things you mentioned...

is the following an issue with v16 beta or how do we ensure chrome microphone access for webclient is enabled in chrome on mac?

using:
Macbook / running chrome / 3cx.com.au/webclient/

1st call: Macbook using Chrome with webclient top right option of "smartphone" dialled extension 111 "success"
2nd call Macbook using Chrome with webclient top right option of "webclient" dialled extension 111 "error Failed to call 111"

whilst safari and firefox are not support we did test them and found:
1st call: Macbook using SAFARI with webclient top right option of "webclient" dialled extension 111 "success"

next test with firefox from extension 101
1st call: Macbook using FIREFOX with webclient top right option of "webclient" dialled extension 111 "success"
Note firefox pop up "will you allow customoz.3cx.com.au to use your microphone?" and I allow and redial and "success"

Chrome settings: / advance/content/microphone enabled for https://customoz.3cx.com.au:443and https://customoz-au.3cx.net:443

Mac System Preferences/Security & Privacy/ allow apps to use microphone include 3cx and chrome

Is this a v16 bug. We spend 2-3 days with a ticket discussing this and just today it was suggested it may be a beta issue for the forum.

RESOLVED.... after a suggestion from Breezeconnect we disabled all chrome extensions, then enabled 1 at a time and the culprit was a purevpn chrome extension.

ISSUE: Chrome webclient "error Failed to call"
RESOLVED: Disabled chrome extension for purevpn

@pitrickzul It works with all instances, as long as they are on linux. Maybe there is something else that is causing it not to work for you, please give us more detail.

Hi Nick

Can you please update us on the SBC Status feature in Admin Console? Thanks

The new switchboard pops out and is excellent! Still hoping that the option will be in 3CXPhone as well. Keep up the good work at 3CX!

Hi,

I am just wondering if you could clarify - the switchboard in app for use on MAC - is this coming back?

Our queue managers used this daily and the web based version doesn't have the ability to show from a glance how many team members are logged in to the queue at any one time in comparison to calls waiting.

The app switchboard was great - please bring it back?

I can't see an update for 16.0.1.77 - is this available yet?

Thanks :)

No the switchboard will only be web based going forward. We have added many views and I am quite sure all the information is available in the web based one, we also made it smaller so you can pop it out and position it like you could the old switchboard. I am quite sure it shows who is logged in to the queues?

For our use cases it would also be very appreciated, if the Switchboard would come back to the Mac Client. It helped us a lot to see what calls are pending. Specially, to Pull calls from another number or any queue, even if not logged in to the queue.
Having additinally a webclient window open is not the same user experience for us and many of our employees (mostly software engineers) won't have it open all the time.
