3CX v16 Upgrade

Hello,

We upgraded to v16 on Sunday and have noticed that the Previously Run Reports are now missing for download.

Additionally, we have since noticed that the Scheduled Conferences are missing!

Does anybody have a solution to this? Have we missed the memo?

From what PBX version are you upgrading from? Meetings can be scheduled via most 3CX client apps.

We were on v15.5 and upgraded to v16. After the upgrade all the future scheduled conferences were missing and also the previously ran reports.

How did you upgrade your PBX? Did you backup, uninstall, then reinstall using the backup?

Or did you simply upgrade via the MC from 15.5SP6 straight into V16?
