3CX v16 - Voicemail is recording hold music

Hi Everyone, Its my first post here and its a weird one for me to explain.

When I use the read date/time option prompt on the voicemail it causes the following issue
- All voice recording messages are actually just the hold music playing in a recording.

I have recently gone from v14 > v15 > v16

Does the date/time actually play, for the message, then music plays? Does the music playing length match the length of the actual recorded message?

Does it happen when accessing one extensions messages from another extension?

If you disable the date/time, on the extension, then replay messages that were previously playing music, do you get the message?

Did you use version 15 long enough to know if this was an issue on that version?

Any errors, or odd logs, (verbose mode?) in the Activity Log when accessing the recordings?
