3CX v18 - Any license changes?

I have a few clients with v16 that I hope to upgrade to v18 soon. Is there any changes that need to be made to their licensing, or will their current license continue to work?

Thanks, VasilisV. I'm on Windows at my own office here, is there an in-place upgrade option for Windows (even Beta would be fine)? Or do we have to reinstall from scratch and restore from backup?
