We have almost completed moving our companies to 3CX v18 Cloud. However, one of our customers over the years since v12 has always complained to us about the 3 hours cut-off time for calls and in previous versions, we were able to change the MAXCALLDURATION, under Settings > Advanced > Custom Parameters.

Where is this in v18 Cloud? I have not been able to find it.

It seems the installation in cloud does not allow the editing advanced parameters. Only the on premise installation allows it.

Just to clarify for anyone else reading this, this is indeed the case for 3CX Hosted instances only. Using a different hosting provider (Google Cloud, Amazon AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean, etc) will allow access to the 3CX parameters.

@NikosT_3CX

Thanks for taking care of this for us Nikos. I do have a quick question about it. How will this work for future updates since it's a custom parameter that you manually had to change? Will future updates overwrite the change and put it back as default?

@daveatgower2 no it's something that does not get overwritten, its on purpose like this to not affect calls.
