Hi guys,

This is our current scenario:
  • 3CX Version, V18 Update 5 (Build 418) - 3CX Enterprise 48 SC
  • Server OS, Windows Server 2019 Datacenter
  • Is the 3CX Server Hosted and where? Hosted in Amazon (t3.2xlarge, Xeon 2.5Ghz and 32GB RAM and a lot of storage)
  • IP Phone Make/Model/Firmware version, No IP phones, just 3CX Webclient and desktop app
  • Provisioning Method: STUN
  • Trunk Provider or VoIP Gateway Make/Model, Trunk provider: Telnyx
  • Has the Firewall Checker passed: YES
  • Are custom Phone Templates being used: NO
Yesterday and today during working hours while I was working on the management portal I got the message below and the 3CX crashed, no one could connect to 3CX WebClient or Desktop client anymore despite the fact that all 3CX services were still "Running", we had to restart the server to fix the issue. We have more than 90 phone agents and we can't go through this every day.
Does anyone know what can be causing that? Nothing has changed on the server recently.

Regarding your question, please be advised that windows machines hosted on supported cloud providers have never been tested nor do we support this.

I can only suggest actually using a supported OS for all cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, OVH, Digital ocean ect, which Debian 10 currently.

Thanks for your reply, can I import my current 3CX backup (Running on 3CX for Windows) to a Debian version?
