3cx v18 -- HT801

Running 3cx self-hosted with no major issues so far.
My friend wants now to use the Xerox copier they have in the office and receive faxes.
I bought HT801. Successfully configure it. Using SBC and all the new stuff. I used the xml upload and tweaked the config after,

the issue is that I am not able to receive faxes. Outbound seems to be OK
I am yet to find out from the Sip provider if they use/support T.38/ When I use the built-in 3cx fax, the faxes do come but not from everyone, Hence why I said, let me get the HT801.

Any suggestions?

We have several HT802's installed at multiple locations and have been pleased with the setup and performance. When we had an issue, the following is what we needed to do to troubleshoot.

Is the fax extension registered in System Extensions?

Is the phone number being sent to the fax extension in "Inbound Rules"?

Check your inbound rules. I believe i had to manually set my inbound for the DID to say send fax to the DECT.
