We have users working from home using the new Windows App (including myself), and it appears that the app requires extra ports open for audio to work. I have now logged a user trying to make a call and the app attempted to communicate to the PBX via UDP port 10520. This would appear to be in the RTP port range, but if the app is supposed to tunnel via port 5090, why is it trying to communicate via UDP 10520? Screenshot from our firewall attached.
