3CX v20 – Can Phone Books be Separated by ZIP Trunk / Group?

I’m currently managing a 3CX v20 system with multiple clients sharing the same PBX instance. We are facing an issue where the phone books of different clients are mixing together, causing confusion for users.


I would like to ask:

• Is it possible in 3CX v20 to separate users into groups based on their ZIP trunk so that each group only sees the phone book entries relevant to their ZIP trunk?
• If this is not natively supported, what is the recommended way to achieve client-specific phone book segregation?

Any guidance, best practices, or alternative approaches would be greatly appreciated.

Are you really hosting different customers on a non-multi company pbx?

Anyway, for this is the multi company mode, but at the moment without addressbook.
