3CX v20 Advanced Certification test issues

I've taken the advanced certification tests a few times and have noticed something the last two times I tried. When marking my answers, sometimes the true and false will switch positions. Meaning, I click on true and it changes to say false. This last test I noticed it happen at least 6 times and am concerned that it is incorrectly marking more answers wrong than I am seeing.

Any insight into this would be appreciated. Just in case, I'm using Win11 and taking the test on MS Edge.

This might happen if you go back and check your answers. The answer you provide during the exam is timestamped and registered in the system, giving you the capability to resume the exam if any glitch arises, like blue screen, power cut etc.

Is it changing when you select the answer? Could you PM me a video of this behaviour?

It is changing as soon as I select it. Unfortunately, I don't have a video of this behavior yet. I'll have to wait a month before I can try again.

I just took the Advanced Cert Test and I was forced to select an answer on three questions. All three of the questions involved reading the VOIP Data of a call and then answering a question based on what is presented. I went back and looked at some of my previous answers but did not bother to check if any changed going forward.

I just took the Advanced Cert Test for the third time, this time I have used my Copilot Agent to double check and store answers to the question. please contact my to fix other way to take certification.

Hello, we are revamping the certification path and questions, to include knowledge of the features up to Update 8.

- Unless there is urgency to have the certification now, I would hold for a short while longer. I will look at the specific question you shared though and see what's going on there, thanks.
