3cx v20 and desktop app

Hello, I have problem with v20 and provision user on desktop app

I download app from store, try add from PNP, 3cx see PC with client APP but when I click Assign and add extension, nothing happen

I try setup app using Provision link from APP but nothing

I try with mobile app, scan qr code and everything is OK

And another question, everytime when I go to Dashboard, a receive popup Error 500 - OK

Hi using the v20 you need to install the new windows app available from Microsoft Store.

From the user web client click on Apps —- Windows App. There you have two steps:

1. Download and install the new app
2. Then click on provisioning.

Are you logged in the console with the user email and using the FQDN via https?

This is a On Premise installation, are you using split DNS ? this is necessary for on premise installations.

can you take a screenshot? by chance, did you restart the 3cx database server?

is the extension already provisioned?

I restart all services but nothing, same error pop-up everytime when go to dashboard.
