3CX V20 call recordings deletion

Hi,
Just wondering what "Delete temporary recordings older than X days" does coz I have configured my system to delete recordings older than 20 days but on local storage nothing happens

Hi,
the PBX should once a day remove all unarchived (i.e. local) recordings older than 20 days.

To troubleshoot the process you may look into 3CXSystemService.log and grep it using RecordingsQuotaChecker.
First time quota checking happens roughly 3 minutes after the 3CXSystemService start.
Activity log setting should be at least Medium.
