3cx v20 - Error creating PBX

Good morning,
I'm trying to install 3cx v20 on a new server as the old server broke. luckily I have a backup of the data but I have problems completing the installation because I get the following error. What should I do? 3cx is installed in a virtual machine via clean linux install.

Have you tried installing this as a hosted solution from your customer portal?

Sorry I wasn't precise. The server is in my office and is used for my company. I have already done this step previously as I had to restore version 18 because version 20 did not work correctly after the update, but the process gave me no errors. This time when I have to restore it due to hardware problems it gives me this error. I have a 3cx pro license that expires in December 2025
