Hello, have a few phones that are not booting after provisioning with v20. They are stuck on grandstream logo, basically frozen. I was able to bring one to life by doing a firmware reset using tftp but its freezing again as soon as provisioned with 3cx config. What could be the issue?

What version of the firmware and model of the Grandstream (only GXP2140) ?

Latest firmware
Please downgrade to version 1.0.11.74. This is the version supported by 3CX. Other versions have not been recognized as stable with 3CX.

I will try tomorrow and report back. Thanks.

Your best bet is to contact Grandstream support. There are no known bugs that can cause this behavior so it would be good to have them take a look at it. Also check whether you have any DHCP Options enabled on your LAN. It can cause the phones to appear frozen when in fact they may be waiting for a boot server to respond.

Meanwhile in 3CX HQ..

The phones are completely bricked. I tried to restore via firmware update mode but no luck.
