Does anyone know if there a way to adjust the volume of the alert tone that beeps at the start of the page? It is much louder than the volume that comes after the tone.

Since nobody knows which end devices are being used or how they are deployed, no one will be able to help.

It would be good to know where the 3CX is running, which end devices are being used and how the paging has been implemented (there are several possible options).

The first question, however, would be: what does your 3CX partner say about this?

V20 Update 7 with an SBC on-prem and the PBX hosted in a private cloud.
The environment includes a mix of older phones: T19s, T23Gs, T29Gs, T46s, etc.
