3CX V20 Reporting

Hi,
We have recently upgraded to 3CX V20 and noticed that the new version lacks several essential reporting features that were available in V18. The current reporting capabilities seem quite limited, making it challenging to generate detailed and insightful reports for our operations.
Could you confirm if there are any plans to develop a module or updates to improve the reporting functionality in V20? If so, could you provide an estimated timeline for these enhancements?

@Ferdnand.ouma we published a Reporting 2.0 Blog post back in November highlighting the roadmap for new reports in v20. When it’s ready, it promises to be a game-changer. We do not have an exact timeline, but it is under development now and we are all looking forward to seeing it later this year! Please watch our Blogs for the latest updates.

A few of our customers and I are eagerly awaiting the release of Reporting 2.0.
@GregG_3CX had indicated that it would be released "later this year" (this year being 2025). Is there any news? I havent found anything in the blogs.

Yes that stuff.
Our customers would like to have some reporting functionality again. At this point in time I would take anything that gets us closer to the funtionality v18 had as far as reporting goes.

It's already out. Just search the docs and the blog.

It's all over the place, inside the Data Connector settings.

That's the closest you'll get.

Also, v20 reports now send as CSV in the emails too so you can get similar reports to what v18 gave.
