3cx V20 self Hosted compatibility with Existing FXS/DECT grandstream GXW4224/4248

We are planning to upgrade some On-Premise 3cx systems to V20, but our only concern is the existing FXS/DECT hardware.
I believe I've seen some mentions of issues in the early build of V20 not able to add new FXS/DECT devices if any existing ones were to break down.
So just wanted any clarification if it is recommended to upgrade to V20 with systems containing FXS/DECT.
appreciate any insight in the matter

There is no issue regarding the FXS/Dect in the latest V20 SP1.
