3CX v20 to MySQL

Hello 3CX Team,
The Inbound/Outbound Data Reports sent from 3CX V20 to MySQL are incorrect, what can I do? Why is it incorrect?

You may want to take a look at our 3CX Exporter tool. With our tool, you can replicate all the same data 3CX users for their internal reports to MySQL and then you can build any custom report you need using whatever reporting tool you prefer (Power Bi, Crystal Reports, Excel, etc.)
