3cx v20 with hansaworld ERP

Hi,

We have a customer who uses hansaworld ERP, and they are desperate for some sort of integration with their 3cx. If i obtain the correct api's from their hansaworld. What integrations are possible using the 3cx template generator and would it even be possible to integrate this?

• Chat journalling

Adding on top of this, the contact lookup is triggered for both inbound and outbound calls.
Also contact creation from the web client is another feature you can implement.
