Hi everyone,
After the upgrade to V20 I am randomly getting's dropped incoming calls. Twillio's incoming call logs are showing that server did not reply to SIP ( 32022 - ACK not received from your SIP endpoint: ACK not received from the SIP endpoint), every 30-60 minutes I would get one or two dropped incoming calls. Twillio is set to use different instance as a failover server and that failover is running a V18 and it did not experience this issue (when primary instance V20 does not reply with SIP ACK the V18 server does). V20 and V18 servers are using different FQDN and they are two separate instanced, V20 has its own warm spare instance and so does the V18. Should I run packet capture for extended period of time in order to verify if the requests are coming in?
