3cx v20 with VoipMS trunk - CallerID forwarding

Hello,

after sleepless nights and tons of confusing topics i need help.

what i have:
3cx v20 PRO - selfhoste
VoipMS trunk
in Call Handling i set Forward to external number

my issue:

- person A call to VoipMS Number
- call forwarded to external number
- external number see VoipMS Number, but not the person A phone number

It sounds like i need to Set “From: User Part” to "OriginatorCallerID".
which was the case at v18? but on v20 i don't see this option.

need help before i went to crazy

VoIP.MS does not support clip no screening so you could actually break forwarding completely if you perform this change.
