3CX v5 problem with music on hold

I confirm that with 3cx v5 and ata grandstream 386 there is no more music on hold during call transfer from extension to extension.

this is bad because customers hear nothing during transfer.

same issue on the 2020, music on hold seems not to work, but works for queues
