3cx v9 support SIP Proxy Tunnel service?

We are planning on upgrading from v8.x phone system to v9.x this weekend. We currently have Cisco SPA phones connected via Tunnel using the SIP Proxy Tunnel service. Question: Does the SIP Proxy Tunnel service on each client machine need to be upgraded for v9? I assume not as I only see 1 version under the 3cx wiki. Just want to be sure though. Thanks in advance.

I'm assuming it will work as I still use an older version if the 3CX softphone in tunnel mode with version 9. The handshaking and communication method seems to have remained that same.
