3CX Version Upgrade to Version 20

Hi there,

We have a client that is on version 18 of 3CX and needs to update their version to version 20 of 3CX
Their current version is 18.0 (Build 35)
Product is Professional Annual ( 3CX PRO 8 SC )
OS = Windows

How would this be done? As when I am going to the update section on the admin console it says " Your System Is Up To Date "
Please can someone let me know how this would get done.

Backup, uninstall v18, install v20, restore.

Sorry might sound a bit dumb, but where do we get the installation for V20 from? There's no link or a designated location to install it from?

I think you should know that... Login into your partner portal and download it there.
