We have also noticed 1 thing after update to 16 U4, but its random and can not catch the reason
client: Hello i am john
operator: Hello
Clinet: i want to ...
and it some point, calls stops (like it has been recorded) and client start s to hear the same conversation from begging like: hello i am jonhn....
Like he is played a recorded message and this loop continues until we hangs the phone
This is very random, so i dont have any idea where to dig or this is a bug, i we have to report it ?

- Cline goes to queue and after goes to free agent
- conversation starts like:
