3cx virtual extensions

Hi all,

My employer wants me to set up an additional extension for users so that the call will hunt for the second extension if the first extension isn't answered. Would this just be a cause of creating a new ring group and then assigning people to the new extensions in that pool?

Hi @Godzilla881

Yes, you could add the extra extensions to a new ring group and add that ring group as the destination of no answer to the first ring group. So the first round of extensions will stop ringing and the new extensions will start ringing.
