3CX voicemail no longer emailing to hotmail email

hi everyone

it was working for a few months and then it stopped emailing the voicemails to my clients hotmail email. but if we change to gmail the voicemail goes through. Is there a setting in hotmail? i even checked the spam box and it isnt in there.

Can you please let us know if this affect also the Welcome emails?
If you access the tenant admin, are 3CX emails blocked?

Thanks for your patience regarding this matter. We have been informed that the issue is resolved, and welcome emails from 3CX should now be received in 365 mailboxes. There was no issue with the download URL for the 3CX Windows legacy app.

Please try sending a welcome email and let us know if you can now receive it.
