3CX VOICEMAIL TO EMAIL

Dear All,

I would like to forward the extension to voicemail and have that voicemail delivered to the email address specified under the extension and not the general voicemail extension.

Is this possible? I can't seem to get it to work that way. All I get is voicemails coming in to the general voicemail email notification box and not the users email box.

Can anyone advise here?

On the extension configuration check the option "Enable voice mail", and select "Send as attachment and delete from inbox" in "Email options".
That should do the trick.
