3CX Voicemail

when ext go to holiday i want any one call him .. hear voice message that this ext in holidy ... and the call end ... that is what i want ...
to do it i go to ext >> forwarding rules and make status away and forward all call to voice mail then i record greeting in away status voicemail telling that this user in holidy ... the
main issue is if any one call him and listen to the recorded voice .. the call still open and not close waiting for the caller to input message or close line ... i want the call end automatically once
the recorded voice end

this is for all users ... how to make each user record his own holiday voice ??? and also depending on ext status when he go to holiday he change his status to away for example then any one call him hear the message and the call end

there is no way to configure holiday for each ext ... holiday in 3CX configure holiday set for all pbx not per ext

You can't use the voicemail to simply have a prompt then end the call. You would need an IVR for that or a CFD, which means 1 IVR/CFD per user.

A simple voicemail with no way to let a message and end the call is not a 3CX feature .

if no one want to leave message on voicemail , then you can workaround increasing to 600 s for example.I know this is so stupid to do this , but like this everyone trying to leave a message won't be recorded
