3CX Vtiger Issue

Dear Team,

We are experimenting an issue with Vtiger and 3CX integration maybe since the last update??

By testing a telephone lookup number on the 3CX CRM integration I got this error message:

Server returned a non successful status code - HTTPStatusCode=NotFound - Reason=Not Found - Content=<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN"> <html><head> <title>404 Not Found</title> </head><body> <h1>Not Found</h1> <p>The requested URL was not found on this server.</p> <p>Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.</p> </body></html>

Strange things is it doesn't work only with the new contacts, all others existing contacts are working well (except the test on the 3CX CRM page, but incoming calls are recognized and pop up with the CRM)

Can you please help here?

Are you using the latest version of VTiger? The template was recently modified to use the REST API instead of the Webservice, and it may need an updated version.

Do you see any possibility to use the webservice with 3CX instead of REST API ?

Try to find the previous template.

Why would you need to use the old API? Are you using an old on-premise version of Vtiger? We migrated it because Vtiger told us that the web service API was not going to be supported anymore. You should enable the new API instead.

Hello, thank you for your reply. We are using this version https://www.vtiger.com/fr/open-source-crm/download-open-source/ and it is using the old API, so it should be also available. Thank you.

Unfortunately we can't provide an integration for that API. Our integration uses the latest approach recommended by Vtiger.

You can simply take a full backup of the system, download it and then spin up a new instance wherever you want using the backup during setup.
